We hire body, paint, structural and RV systems technicians, plus estimators who can hold a carrier conversation. The work is varied by design: a laminated sidewall on Monday and a commercial chassis measurement on Wednesday.
What roles do you hire for?
Body and structural technicians comfortable with fiberglass, aluminum and steel, and with measuring rather than eyeballing a pull. Paint technicians who can match and blend multi stage finishes across large panels. RV systems technicians for electrical, LP, plumbing, appliance and slide mechanisms. Estimators who can document damage properly and handle supplements.
