Our Repair Process From First Call to Delivery

First, assessment. You bring the vehicle in and we document the damage with wide and close photographs, part numbers, and measurements where structure is involved. An RV systems evaluation is $150, applied as a credit against an authorized repair. An in depth diagnostic is one hour at $285, also credited.

Second, estimate and insurance coordination. We write the estimate and send it with the photographs to your carrier. We handle the adjuster conversation rather than putting you between two parties.

Third, teardown. Once authorized we open the damaged area and photograph what is underneath. This is where hidden water intrusion, uncycled slide mechanisms and omitted electrical runs surface, and each becomes a documented supplement.

Fourth, repair. Structure first, then panel and body, then paint, then systems and interior. Fifth, quality check against the original documentation. Sixth, delivery, with the paperwork explaining what was done and why.

It depends far more on parts and approvals than on labor. A contained repair can be days. A structural rebuild with a supplement cycle and discontinued parts can run weeks. We would rather give you a date we can hold than an optimistic one, and we will tell you when a delay is on our side versus the carrier's or the supplier's.
