Start or Continue an Insurance Claim
If you already have a claim number, send it with the carrier name and we will contact the adjuster directly. If you have not opened a claim yet, bring the vehicle in and we will document the damage properly first, which puts you in a much stronger position.
What to send us
We bill direct, so you are not fronting the repair cost and waiting on reimbursement. We handle the estimate, the photographic documentation, the teardown findings and the supplement conversation.
In California you choose the shop, not your carrier. If you are being steered toward a general body shop that cannot physically take your vehicle, say so and we will explain your options plainly.
